1. I want to pay online with a credit card, but I've never used PayPal.

It's simple to set up a PayPal account, and there are no fees. PayPal is a secure, easy way to make online payments using a credit or debit card,  click here to learn more about PayPal.

2. Can I pay by credit card without using PayPal?

No; unfortunately, we're not set up to accept credit cards at this time. The only way to pay by credit card is to go through PayPal.

3. What if I don't want to pay by credit card?

You can mail us a check, money order, cashier's check or cash for your order. Click here to down load a "mail in order form"Our mailing address is:

Checks should be made out to- Marginal Design. Please note that we usually wait until personal checks clear before shipping an order; orders paid by money order, cashier's check or cash are sent right away. If sending cash do so at your own risk- send the next highest dollar amount for your order- don't send coins.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our volume has increased quite a bit lately, so were no longer able to get orders out as quickly as we once did. Still, we do make every effort to ship orders within 4 business days. Please feel free to email us at any time to check the status of your order.

5. How will I know if my online order went through?

PayPal will have a record of your transaction, so you can always log into the PayPal website to ensure that your order was placed correctly. And of course you can always check with us, too. We try to send out a quick note to acknowledge every order, but sometimes we forget.

6. I want to order several different products, can I do this in one order?

Sure! Feel free to mix and match all you wanton smaller orders (5 products or less). If you are placing a bulk order please contact us at: sales@marginaldesign.com

7. I need to order some products, but I have to get them very quickly! Can you handle rush orders?

Sometimes-- it depends on how backed up we are, and how large the order is. Please e-mail us if you need to place a rush order.

8. Do I need to include shipping when mailing a check, money order ar cash?

Yes; The shipping charge is listed on the web page displaying the product your interested in.

9. Why can't I place a bulk order on the web site?

We prefer that you email us before placing a bulk order, so we can give you the total cost as well as an estimate of how long it will take. If you need to place a bulk order, just email us with the details and we will get back to you right away. ( within 24 hours)
